This is our all time favorite restaurant. We LOVE Gloria's. It started as a small little restaurant not too far from our house and they quickly outgrew that location. Its run by an Italian family and the food is AWESOME. They recently relocated to a beautiful spot in downtown provo on the corner of University Ave and Center Street across from Los Hermanos. We LOVE the new location. We went this weekend and of course enjoyed our experience there again. We were delighted to find that they've added live music on the weekends. There was a harpist and a singer who traded off doing sets throughout the evening. It was a very nice evening. The desserts are heavenly and its worth going just for dessert if you choose...or take dessert to go if you're too full from your meal. You won't regret it. It gets pretty busy on the weekends and we hate for it to get more crowded but we want it to do well because we LOVE it! So go check it out in Provo! You won't be sorry!

I agree, Boyce, Gloria's is a great restaurant. The food is more authentic that most Italian restaurants and there's a good atmosphere there.
I'm just hoping that as it grows in popularity that it maintains its quality and quaintness.

We will try to go next time we are in Provo. I absolutely love going out to eat. Maybe it's because I do the cooking!!
