Well, we certainly had a fun Valentine's Day. I was excited because...well.. Grace is old enough now to get holidays. And that means I can have fun with them! And of course, Connor benefits too. So this Valentine's Day was special. And first and foremost, I should mention, Boyce has been spoiling me all month long in anticipation of Valentine's Day. He did the "Fourteen Days of Valentine's" this year for me, and each day I would be surprised to find something cute and fun waiting for me, along with a sweet little Valentine's note. It was so fun! So thank you, honey!

So for Valentine's Day, I "heart attacked" their doors. I know, I know, they can't read. But Grace was excited to see all manner of hearts on her door, and she loved when I told her what each one said. And well, I couldn't *not* do Connor's door, since I did Gracie's. That was fun.
Then we set out making sugar cookies. I let Grace frost her own. :)

Since Connor can't quite eat cookies yet, I used some of the extra frosting and decorated some puffs. |

I think he liked it! |
Then after we made a whole boatload of sugar cookies, we set out to make some Valentine's deliveries. We delivered some to the ladies I visit teach, to our good friends, and then we stopped at Cascade and we left some in Boyce's car along with a "heart attack" of his own.
Then that night, we put the kids to bed early (which we always do, so nothing new there!), then Boyce made us a very fancy dinner! Filet mignon, strawberries and cream, mixed green salad, mashed potatoes, rolls, sparkling cider, and chocolate eclairs for dessert. Thanks love!
What a wonderful day! I hope everyone had a fun day!
