Thanksgiving 2014

Wow...we are in serious need of doing some catching up on the blog! So let's start with Thanksgiving! My family came into town (Dad from Oregon and Sis from Atlanta) and we had a blast! The long weekend included lots of cooking (props to Boyce for doing a LOT of it), Starbuck hot chocolate outings, Black Friday shopping (with Sis!), nightly walks and jogs around the neighborhood, and lots of playtime with the kiddos.

For Thanksgiving dinner, we had Boyce's teacher Long-Ju over for dinner, as well as the stake missionaries. It was fun to have some extra company!
The missionaries. They were super nice!

That weekend, we put out our Christmas decorations and tree!

A little Aunt Kat time!

We also celebrated Boyce's birthday!

On Saturday afternoon, we drove up AF Canyon and enjoyed the winter beauty.

That final night, Dad took all of us out to eat for our respective birthdays (me, Boyce, and Kat) to Banana Leaf. So much fun!

We had so much fun catching up and visiting (and eating!) and the weekend rushed by all too quickly. Connor asked for "Papa" for several days after. Those two bonded for sure. So grateful for this beautiful holiday that pays tribute to being thankful for our blessings. We truly have so much to be thankful for.
